Teammate
(n.): a member of the same team or group as yourself
e.g.
We should not
ride roughshod (一意孤行) over other’s opinions when working in a team. Instead, learning to

Transform
(v.): to change the form of something
e.g.
When
conducting (進行)
scientific research (科學研究),
ingenious (靈巧的) scientists will
transform (轉換) a difficulty into an opportunity.
Trust
(v.): to believe that somebody is good, sincere, honest, etc.
e.g.
When doing extreme sports like
skydiving (跳傘), we need to

Trust fall
(n. phr.): an activity in which a person deliberately falls, trusting the members of a group to catch them
e.g.
