Team building
(n.): the process of getting a group of people to work together well and communicate effectively
e.g.

Pastime
(n.): an activity that is done for enjoyment
e.g.
Some people think playing badminton is a good
pastime (消遣) because the sport is

suitable (適合的) for people of different ages.
Endurance
(n.): the ability to keep doing something difficult for a long time
e.g.
Marathon (馬拉松) is an
endurance (耐力) sport that tests the participants’
physical fitness (體能) and
willpower (意志).
Flexibility
(n.): the ability to change or be changed easily according to the situation
e.g.
With so many
uncertainties (不確定性) in
surfing (衝浪),
surfers (衝浪者) often need

Synchronise
(v.): to cause to happen at the same time
e.g.
