  1. Nomophobia (n.): fear or worry at the idea of being without your mobile phone

    e.g.
    Removing (移除) unnecessary (不必要的) social apps from your phone can help fight nomophobia (無手機恐懼症).

  2. Symptom (n.): a change in your body or mind that shows you are not healthy

    e.g.
    Common symptoms (症狀) of short-sightedness (近視) include headaches and blurry (看不清楚的) vision (視力).

  3. Anxiety disorder (n. phr.): a mental illness in which a person is so anxious that their normal life is affected

    e.g.
    Constantly (不斷地) checking social media (社交媒體) is a symptom of anxiety disorders (焦慮症).

  4. Smartphone (n.): a mobile phone that is also a small computer

    e.g.
