   Neighbour (n.): someone who lives near you
   
   
   e.g.
   Her neighbor (鄰居) is an amiable (和藹的) old man. They get along (相處融洽) well.


2. 
   Flat (n.): a set of rooms for living in that are part of a larger building
   
   
   e.g.
   An increasing (增長的) number of parents are buying flats (單位) in that district in order to get their children into the elite schools (名校) there.


3. 
   Groceries (n.): the food that you buy in a grocer's shop or supermarket
   
   
   e.g.
   It is just a ten-minute walk (步行) from our home to the supermarket. It is convenient (方便) for us to buy groceries (食品雜貨).
